為搶占中國創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)中心城市制高點(diǎn)，進(jìn)一步鞏固“設(shè)計(jì)之都”的地位，深圳市積極尋求與國際頂級(jí)設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)交流合作的機(jī)遇，力求通過引入國際頂尖的藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)與建筑領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)資源，培養(yǎng)具有國際視野和競爭力的高層次國際設(shè)計(jì)人才，將深圳打造為極具世界影響力的國際創(chuàng)新中心和設(shè)計(jì)中心。
In order to compete for the top of China's creative design center and further consolidate the superiority and position as "City of Design", Shenzhen is actively seeking the opportunities for communication and cooperation with the international top design teams, and strives to introduce the professional resources of the most famous international art design and construction as well as cultivate high-level international design talents with international vision and competitiveness. The above measures will guarantee to build Shenzhen as a world-renowned international innovation and design center.
為促進(jìn)中國、瑞士、西班牙高等教育交流與合作，推動(dòng)優(yōu)質(zhì)高等教育資源與深圳一流創(chuàng)新環(huán)境相結(jié)合，2015年7月28日，深圳市政府與哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)、蘇黎世藝術(shù)大學(xué)、加泰羅尼亞高等建筑研究院正式簽署四方合作辦學(xué)協(xié)議，共同在深建設(shè)哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)（深圳）國際設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)院。國際設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)院先期為哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)（深圳）的非獨(dú)立設(shè)置二級(jí)學(xué)院。待條件成熟后，向教育部申報(bào)成為獨(dú)立法人資格的中外合作辦學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)。
28th July, 2015, Shenzhen municipal government and the three schools (Zurich Art University, HarbinInstitute of Technology and Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia) signed the four-party cooperation agreement to jointly buildInternational School of Design,Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen (hereinafter referred to as "ISD" or "School"). ISD is classified as a non-independent school of HITSZ in the early stage, and when the conditions permit, it will become a Sino-foreign cooperative educational institute with an independent legal person after getting approval from Ministry of the Education of the People’s Republic of China.
哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)（深圳）國際設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)院選址位于南山區(qū)深圳大學(xué)城校區(qū)南部哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)（深圳）本科校區(qū)（在建）東南側(cè)地塊，緊鄰留仙大道,用地面積共31524.1㎡，包括國際設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)院教學(xué)區(qū)和國際設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)院學(xué)生宿舍區(qū)。
The site of HITSZ International School of Design is selected at the southeast of the Undergraduate School Shenzhen Campus (under construction) of Harbin Institute of Technology, in the south of Shenzhen’s College Town in Nanshan District, adjacent to Liuxian Avenue. The project site covers a total area of 31,524.1m2, including teaching and dormitory areas of the ISD.
項(xiàng)目總建筑面積為103430㎡，其中地上建筑面積89460㎡（含架空層及連廊6200㎡），地下建筑面積13970㎡，國際設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)院教學(xué)區(qū)和宿舍區(qū)建筑限高為100米。此外，項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)范圍還包括在本科校區(qū)在建的食堂上加建一層（建筑面積1700㎡），作為國際設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)院食堂。
Total GFA is 103,430㎡for ISD project, including ground area of 89,460 square meters (containing open floor and corridor of 6200㎡) and underground area of 13,970㎡.
國際設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)院教學(xué)區(qū)無永久性房屋建筑，現(xiàn)狀為空地。用地西北側(cè)為在建的哈工大（深圳）本科校區(qū)，西側(cè)為已建成的商品房小區(qū)博林天瑞，東側(cè)為大學(xué)城生態(tài)公園及大學(xué)城體育場館，南側(cè)為留仙大道。
The site of ISD teaching area is now vacant and flatwithout any permanent houses. The northwest of the site is the undergraduate school campus of HITSZ under construction, the west is the completed commercial residential community TINERRY, the east is the ecological park and the stadium of the College Town, and the south is Liuxian Avenue.
國際設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)院學(xué)生宿舍區(qū)用地為在建的哈工大（深圳）本科校區(qū)學(xué)生宿舍集聚區(qū)，現(xiàn)狀為校園公共綠地（含現(xiàn)狀山體擋土墻）。
The site of ISD dormitory area is located in the HITSZ undergraduate school dormitory area under construction. Currently the site is public green land of the campus (including earth-retaining wall).

哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)（深圳）國際設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)院項(xiàng)目方案設(shè)計(jì)+建筑專業(yè)初步設(shè)計(jì),其設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容包括但不限于：建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)、電氣、通風(fēng)與空調(diào)、給排水、消防、燃?xì)?、裝飾、景觀園林、建筑智能化、綠色建筑、海綿城市、人防工程、充電樁工程、電梯、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、門窗幕墻、基坑支護(hù)、邊坡支護(hù)、地基處理、標(biāo)識(shí)系統(tǒng)、市政管線接駁、道路廣場及以上未列出但與本項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的系統(tǒng)、專業(yè)、其他特殊工程和批準(zhǔn)的投資計(jì)劃所含項(xiàng)目的所有工程設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容。涵蓋方案估算書、總概算及全過程BIM設(shè)計(jì)等內(nèi)容。同時(shí)建筑設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)注意：
建筑安全設(shè)計(jì)、交通、抗震、消防、退線、間距等設(shè)計(jì)須滿足中華人民共和國及深圳現(xiàn)行有關(guān)規(guī)范或規(guī)定的要求。
日照滿足中華人民共和國及深圳相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范。
抗震設(shè)防烈度應(yīng)滿足《建筑工程抗震設(shè)防分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（GB50223-2008）及其他相關(guān)規(guī)范或標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。
The project preliminary design content includes but is not limited to: architecture, structure, electrical, ventilation and air conditioning, water supply and drainage, fire, gas, decoration, landscape architecture, intelligent building, green building, sponge City, civil air defense projects, charging piles, elevator, steel structure, curtain wall, doors and windows foundation pit, slope support, foundation treatment, identification system, municipal pipelines, roads connecting square and all engineering design content that is not listed but related to the project system, professional, other special projects and all construction design within the approved investment plan. It covers the project estimation, the general budget and the whole process of BIM design.
Meanwhile, the architectural design should pay attention to:
- The design of building safety, transportation, antiseismic, fire engineering, departure line and spacing must meet the relevant codes and regulations of People's Republic of China and Shenzhen.
- Sunlight parameter should meet the design regulations of People's Republic of China and Shenzhen.
- The seismic fortification intensity should meet the requirements of the "GB50223-2008" and other related standards or standards.
1. 本次項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)暫定價(jià)998萬元。
2. 本次招標(biāo)采取全球公開報(bào)名的方式，企業(yè)資質(zhì)要求:國內(nèi)建筑行業(yè)（建筑工程）甲級(jí)及以上設(shè)計(jì)資質(zhì)，具有獨(dú)立法人資格；允許聯(lián)合體報(bào)名，聯(lián)合體成員不得多于兩家。聯(lián)合體代表主導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目工作進(jìn)程。聯(lián)合體代表需具備國內(nèi)建筑行業(yè)（建筑工程）甲級(jí)及以上設(shè)計(jì)資質(zhì)。聯(lián)合體代表承擔(dān)投標(biāo)及履約中應(yīng)承擔(dān)的全部法律責(zé)任與義務(wù)，其他聯(lián)合體成員單位承擔(dān)連帶責(zé)任。以聯(lián)合體形式投標(biāo)的單位，聯(lián)合體各成員單位不得再單獨(dú)以自己名義，或者與另外的設(shè)計(jì)單位組成聯(lián)合體參加此次投標(biāo)。
1. The provisional design cost for this project is 9,980,000 RMB
2. The bidding project is open to all design entities globally. Requirements of enterprise qualification: Class-A Certificate of Engineering Design Integrated Qualification and above, with independent legal person qualification. Design groups are allowed to participate in the competition with a maximum of 2 group members. The representative of the design group shall lead the project work process. The representative of the design group should hold Class-A Certificate of Engineering Design Integrated Qualification.
The representative of the design group assumes all legal responsibilities and obligations to be undertaken in the bid and performance, and the other member of the design group are jointly and severally liable. The design entities that are bidding in the form of a consortium shall not participate in the bidding by the members of the consortium alone or in conjunction with other design entities.
